In this tube resides not only the highlight of my previous Friday, but one of the highlights of my year. It’s no secret that I’m an admirer of the work of Aaron Draplin, and the man himself. He’s a character, and one badass designer. He had a bunch of Canuck speaking engagements recently, and put together this terrific poster of the things he loves about Canada for the occasion (take a closer look). Know what else I really dig about this poster? My name is on it! Craig and Mark of Guppy Design brought that to my attention, and the news put me over the moon. Things haven’t been great this year, but little things like this have managed to put a smile on my face a few times.
